Best known for their recording of "What Do We Do on a Dew-Dew-Dewy Day," currently on "YouTube," these guys appeared on many Victor discs from 1926
through 1928, sometimes singing the vocal chorous with an orchestra and sometimes (as with this disc) with simple accompaniment. This was made at Victor studios on April 19 of 1928. The song was written by Jack Yellen and Milton
Ager (who also gave us the classics "Ain't She Sweet" and "Happy Days are Here Again") along with Paul Ash (bandleader who recorded for Brunswick and Columbia). Delivered simply, but ernestly, this is a great little record. The
surface was good so it didn't need much noise reduction.
