From Edison's foreign language series comes this German release from March 28 of 1924, a cheery song written by choral composer Carl Fittig. The group, whoever they are (the name seems to be generic, as earlier recordings
by the "Edison Quartet" had been), blend exceptionally well. Even if you don't understand German, it's a treat for the ears. The record itself had not been played very much, and was nearly perfect, needing only rumble removed.
